Trace Heating

THERMAL IMAGE SURVEY
Any pipework service that generates hot or cold works should be insulated for one of many reasons such as energy efficiency (Cost Saving), personal protection and frost protection.
We offer the service to attend sites and conduct a mechanical installation heat loss survey using our thermal imagining camera.
Our site survey can identify this so we can advise you on how to fix these problems.
Insulation Jackets
GJH Solutions Ltd also manufactures flexible covers that can easily be fitted to valves and flanges in a matter of minutes, with no special tools required.
Each cover is made bespoke to the item it is to be fitted to. The covers are flexible due to their design & retain the heat in the secured infill, ensuring high thermal insulation and conductivity levels.
Our trained staff visits the site and carry out a site measure for every project to ensure that the covers are fit perfectly and can provide complete insulation covering/ full sealing of all types of mechanical plant on the following – Coldwater, Chilled, All types of Hot water, Heating along with high-temperature steam/exhaust etc.
